Meeting Feedback Form

A. Positive Feedback
Selecting Positive means you are interested in the suggested brand and wish to hold it until the final confirmation. Once selected, we will not share this brand with other clients in your area.

B. Negative Feedback
Choosing Negative indicates that you are not interested in this brand. This allows us to offer it to another client in your area. By selecting Negative, you also confirm that you will not contact this brand during the current membership period.

C. Under discussion
If you select Under Review, it means you are still in discussion with the brand and have not yet decided. You must provide a final Positive or Negative feedback within three days of submitting Under Review. Please do not submit the same status for a brand more than once.
